蜜糖排骨

見Mommy Dearest post 咗蜜糖排骨, 我都唔執輸.

呢碟係姐姐上星期日晚煮的, 參考方太的食譜, 好好好好食.  兩個囝囝爭住食.

姐姐趁我帶大仔去上游水堂時慢慢煮的, 好好心機煮到個汁夠杰, 連啲薑絲都索晒蜜糖味.  可惜煮得咁少, 我都係分到一條咋. 

姐姐話啲排骨好貴喎, 所以只煮半包, 真係好慳唔慳.


其實我自己都煮過, 不過我趕時間, 就變咗下面呢碟水潦潦既version嘞, 味道同上面嗰碟差唔多, 只係少咗啲香味啫.


點解我話"參考"方太的食譜呢? 因為佢個食譜係用好多蜜糖的, 我大量減蜜糖份量都己經夠晒甜, 如果照足原食譜, 我諗會甜到食唔落.
