蕃茄牛展湯

噚日好想飲牛腩湯,但又懶得特登去Sheng Siong買牛腩,就求其在街市的馬拉凍肉檔買急凍牛展來煲,聊勝於無吧。



加入紅蘿蔔,蕃茄和洋蔥一齊煲,清甜又有營養。不過始終急凍肉和新鮮的還是有差別的,下次買新鮮牛腩來煲會更鮮味。
