西洋菜陳腎排骨湯

上次返香港媽咪給我一些陳腎, 只煮過一次. 

今朝買了西洋菜, 就用來煲陳腎, 加排骨, 南北杏, 蜜棗一齊煲.

煲了兩個半鐘, 加了陳腎湯比平常的多了一點咸香, 完全不需加鹽已經夠味.  大仔唔鐘意飲湯都飲了一碗.
