姐姐返鄉下, 我就變咗阿四, 要擔起服待老爺大小少既重任.
一早起身煮早餐, 前一日整肉醬剩低三片煙肉, 煎埋俾老爺同大少食, 加煎蛋, 大少就食得好開心嘞.
老爺既就加個蕃茄, 略煎再洒上basil 碎, 健康啲. 屋企無bratwurst 和鮮button mushroom, 整唔到full English breakfast, 不過就咁佢哋都已經幾滿足, 我冇幾何會晨早流流開火煎嘢, 最怕朕油煙味.
我同細佬就簡單啲, 只係煎蛋和蕃茄加麵包.
早餐後就去團契小組聚會, 啲細路就响兒童室玩. 細佬嗰朝唔知做乜, 嬲爆爆咁, 影相都唔笑.
下晝返屋企, 又一輪勞動嘞. 先整麵包俾囝囝呢個星期做下午茶. 用Mommy Dearest既foccacia roll 配方整腸仔包, 和齋包. 齋包打算用來夾火腿芝士. 學MD玩造型, 功夫未到家, 醜醜的, 但啲包包話"我很醜, 但我很軟熟".
晚餐食扒, 成日都食西餐. 唔想配飯和意粉, 薯蓉囝囝又唔食, 所以就整Oven chips.
第一次整薯條, 覺得用焗爐焗健康啲, 冇咁油. 只係將薯仔切粗條, 過水幾次去掉些澱粉, 用olive oil 和鹽撈勻, 入爐焗至熟和脆.
只買了兩片牛扒, 所以另外整鱈魚扒俾兩個囝囝. 鱈雪用terriyaki sauce 和mirin醃, 跟住煎熟就得.
囝囝一路食一路話, "1st of May is the best day because I have yummy food". 佢就best day, 我就labour day!
呢碟只係first serving 咋, 仲添咗薯條架, 啲薯條佢要點茄汁食.
我同daddy就食牛扒, 第一次買醃咗既牛扒, 味道重咗啲, 蓋過牛肉味, 下次都係買未醃既好啲. 右上角係一大碟菜, 費事浸淋啲薯條, 所以分開放.
怕老爺大少嫌嘢食乾得濟, 特登整個洋葱汁, 結果冇食到, 入雪柜留番用來煮其他嘢.
食完後仲要抺爐頭, 洗嘢, 攰死我.
跟住仲未完架, 仲焗咗兩款曲奇托人帶返香港俾媽咪做母親節禮物, 下次先post.
嗰日由朝早八點做到晚上十點幾, 撻落床即刻瞓着.
証明囝囝識食, 自家食品係最美味呢!

ReplyDeleteAll the food looks great, the bread is good too, good job! When I think of the few times when my maid went home for holiday, my goodness, I had to work and cook and mop and do laundry... AHHHHHHH.......... keep it up, dont get too tired (how not? go out and eat from time to time, it is ok)!
[版主回覆05/06/2010 20:53:00]好彩daddy會帮手吸塵, 抺地和洗厠所, 不過大家都咁攰. 有時都會出街食既, 不過返完工真係唔想再帶住細路出街食, 快快手响屋企搞掂就算.
好勁呀, 除咗咁, 真係唔知可以講咩. 點解可以一日內做咁多嘢架~!!
