24 May 2010 晚餐精選
今日係我留在家裏湊仔的最後一天, 明天開始要返工去攪所有一拖再拖的工作.
今晚又係三餸一湯.
"豬皮"蘿蔔魚蛋, "豬皮"其實係砂爆魚肚. 今次買到的蘿蔔好靚, 又甜又冇渣.
冬菇金針雲耳炆蛋角, 蛋角裏包的是豬肉.
在街市買到勁甜的菜心, 只用油鹽水白灼已經好好味.
洋葱紅蘿蔔薯仔蕃茄魚湯
"豬皮"蘿蔔魚蛋和魚湯都有剩, 啱晒聽日放工後可以煮少啲.
其實還煮了白果腐竹糖水, 不過已經食唔落, 所以未影相.
