星期一晚餐精選 23 Dec 2013 - 南乳燜雞翼, 四喜烤麩

Appraisal終於做完了! 

上星期五趕到氣咳, 把全部的表格填好. 回到家覺得很頭痛, 累到只想躺下不動. 

要好好奬勵自己, 叫Daddy去買魷魚絲, 然後邊喝volka drink (瓶裝只有少量酒精, 甜甜的那種), 邊吃魷魚絲. 

發覺這樣的解壓方法不錯, 星期六去超市又掃多幾包魷魚絲, 以備不時之需.  哈哈, 魷魚絲現在變成"stressed" 的代名詞了.

星期一出星期一晚餐精選就肯定不是當天煮的啦, 這陣子太忙了, 堆了很多舊菜舊事要寫, 很多篇都在排着隊.

這兩道又是放工後快手煮的, 南乳雞翼, 不用烤的, 燜就算了, 也很好吃哩.  大仔邊吃邊說: "Mommy, I think your food is better than outside food.".  應該是新姐姐的菜式比舊姐姐差太多, 每天吃新姐姐煮的菜, 偶而吃到我煮的就覺得是人間美味咯. 



這次買齊材料煮了四喜烤麩, 有冬筍, 雲耳, 毛豆和冬菇.  燜的時間不夠, 材料都好像還未把汁料吸收夠, 反而剩下的隔夜後翻熱後超好味哩.


昨晚照常把菜單寫好, 煲湯料預備好, 仔細地告訴姐姐, 再三叮囑要記得煮, 剛才再打電話回去提她, 希望今晚不再出狀況.

    可能唔關姐姐事架... 可能小朋友嘅天性都係鍾意媽媽嘅味道呢... 無論外面D中菜館幾好味, 都係我阿媽個煎肉餅最好食... 可能就係因為咁架咋... ^_^
