日式terriyaki鱸魚扒

仍身在香港, post住之前煮的住家菜先.

在超市見到一隻叫seabass既急凍魚柳做緊特價, 咁啱嗰個星期唔得閒去街市買新鮮魚, 就買包嚟試試.  Seabass中文應該係鱸魚, 但食落唔似平時食開嗰啲金目鱸.

一片片望落都幾靚.



煎香, 爆香乾葱片, 葱段, 蒜片, 加入terriyaki sauce和mirin, 再加少少水, 煮一陣就食得.

囝囝好鐘意食, 因為多"豉油汁", 仲懶醒咁話呢碟叫grilled fish.


呢隻魚本身冇咩味, 好在唔會腥, 啲味全靠個汁, 所以汁料要煮偏鹹少少先好食.
