今日小組新年聚會, 以 pot luck 形式.
有d組員因臨時唔得閒, 冇時間煮, 於是最後食物比原定少.
有咖哩雞, 磨菇煙肉批, 忌廉焗薯片, 椒鹽雞, 滷牛肉, 釀豆腐湯. 椒鹽雞好正, 好入味, 大仔食好多.
仲有最精彩既豬皮蘿蔔魚蛋, 有原味和咖哩味, 原味正d. 前面碗米粉係用來配咖哩雞食既.

另外仲有外賣popian (類似冇炸過既春卷), 芒果布甸 和生果. 芒果布甸用專程由香港帶來的芒果jelly powder, 再加雲哩哪雪糕整. 新加坡係冇mango jelly powder 賣架. 成盆布甸係多多芒果, 少少布甸, 非常好味.

大家估唔估到我整邊樣呢? 有睇我之前既post 應該會估到其中一樣, 就係呢味焗薯啦. Boxing Day 整過反應好, 所以encore. 今次焗個樣無咁靚, 陣間先解釋.

另一樣我整既就係磨菇煙肉批. 本來想整Quiche Lorraine (芝士煙肉批), 但噚日居然買唔到芝士, 所以亂嚟用磨菇. 個樣幾靚仔架, 仲要焗好用焬紙包住兩個幾鐘個批皮仲脆.

聚會十點開始, 焗薯要焗個半鐘, 於是七點幾就起身預備, 八點入爐. 批皮噚日焗定, 餡噚日整好, 全部入雪柜, 今朝等薯仔入爐先作最後組合. 問題就出係呢度喇, 因焗薯要用150 度, 批要用180 度, 所以批入爐時就轉180度, 結果盆焗薯入面d cream 和 milk 滾瀉晒, 最尾再加d奶入爐再焗一陣, 所以就變左咁醜樣.
好彩味道冇受影嚮, 唔係我賣花讚花香, 我整呢兩樣一陣就清晒, 好受歡迎. 我自己都連一啖都食唔到呀.
嘻, 嘻, 其實幾乎所有野食都好快清, 因為食物真係少左d. Daddy 和幾個弟兄掛住傾計, 遲左去拎都差d冇野食.
之前我講過小組今年有個閱讀計劃, 我幾經辛苦睇晒我要送人既書, 結果換番嚟既係全部書中最厚個本, 成本電話薄咁厚! Oh no!
