這個星期一的晚餐全海鮮餐, 還要是清淡的.

蠔仔煎蛋


學網友煮的百花蒸釀勝瓜, 連芡都懶得勾, 淋少少熟油和豉油就算.  很清新的一道菜, 囝囝們食蝦膠, 我則最愛下面的勝瓜, 能食到勝瓜的清甜味.



清蒸黃鱲鯧


 蘋果紅蘿蔔南北杏瘦肉湯, 又甜又潤.
