辣椒煎魚

近來我平常去的那街市的魚勁貴, 動輒就要S$18/kg, 一條中等size的金目鱸隨時要十大洋以上, 真買不下手.

大魚太貴, 但見到有些小魚, 樣子很新鮮 (再新鮮也是躺在冰上的, 這邊很少有游水魚賣的).  魚販說算我便宜一點, 叫我把全部買下, 他說蒸和煎都可以.

全部好像有十條以上, 才不到四大洋, 真的很便宜.

姐姐看到這些魚好開心, 她說她家裏都是吃這樣子的魚.  她還說這其實就是椰漿飯上面那條煎到很脆的小魚, 只是這些比較大而且, 這邊好像叫做selar.

姐姐用鹽醃了來煎, 一半直接上碟給囝囝們和Daddy, 另一半再加上爆香蔥頭和辣椒兜勻, 只是微辣.

原來這種魚吃起來也不錯, 有時候平魚也不一定不好喔, 只是這要煎比較好.

  8. this is nasi lemak fish, very nice! DD likes this a lot if fried this way! Another one is buy batang fish, lots of meat and no bones, should not be that expensive also, at least not $18/kg.
    [版主回覆12/04/2012 16:40:41]Now I know, I'll buy this type of fish more from now on. My boys didn't like to eat fried fish in the past so I always had to buy fish that can be steamed. I prefer tenggiri to batang, just bought one for like <$10/kg.
