玻璃樽買了幾個月, 拖呀拖, 拖到國慶日先下決心去整.
先整姜酵素, 姜比生果平, 用來當實驗, 失敗都無咁心痛.
玻璃樽洗乾淨後, 放鑊上用蒸氣消毒. 之後應該要風乾, 但我怕有入塵又怕乾唔透, 就貪方便, 放入部乾碗機內乾, 加埋uv消毒, 以策萬全.
姜洗乾淨後, 冇耐性等風乾, 又抄捷踁, 放入焗完包包但己熄火的焗爐內吹乾(fan still on). 嘻嘻, 如果用生果就唔可以咁嘞.
跟住姜切絲, 和冰糖同分三份, 一層層咁砌, 見人話唔可以放得太滿, 見己經大半滿就收手.
點知半個鐘頭後己經出水, 仲縮到剩半樽.
第二日糖溶晒, 出好多水.
第三日都冇乜動靜, 我驚會發"毛", 再加冰糖喺面.
第四日, 即今日, 終於有動靜啦, 有泡泡, 好開心, 希望啲酵素繼續健康成長啦, 咁我一個月後就有得飲嘞.
本來樽酵素係諗住整俾奶奶既, 但睇姜酵素既作用似乎唔啱佢, 要整過另一樣俾佢, 呢樽留番我自己吧. 不過, 整埋啱少少, 都唔知夠邊個飲.
good good, will be fine. I suggest you cut into thin slices instead of sticks. For your mother in law, why dont you do apple and pear and grapes for her?

介唔介意比我既意見你呢?如果想更好味,我會放庶糖和冰糖mix,味道更出既,冇錯呀,薑會好快縮水,我第一次一定放滿滿,之後留待一些,第2日再放多少少薑,這是我個人心得,因為一等就一個月,次次整得咁少,我唔滿意囉,仲有呀,愛美麗話在表面加honey,味道更好,我TRY過,真的好味..你不妨又try下..

其實咩係酵素??? 要黎做咩???

你D薑酵素都有氣泡,但我D好似無乜咁既, 但又無發霉。。
