呢個士多啤梨忌廉蛋糕係平生整的第二個cream cake. 抆cream係一個好大既學問, 抆來抆去都抆唔平, 呢邊天氣又熱, 好驚未抆完啲忌廉都溶晒.
呢隻蛋糕見市面上都叫strawberry shortcake, 裏面係海綿蛋糕中間夾士多啤梨. 但在外國的食譜裏, strawberry shortcake 應該係用兩片類似scones的物體, 中間夾忌廉和士多啤梨做成的, 而唔係用海綿蛋糕的. 點都好, 只要好食就得啦.
呢個就係我整的第一個忌廉蛋糕嘞, 夠醜樣啦啩. 細佬一歲生日時整的, 中間夾芒果. 第一次抆cream, 手腳慢, 好明顯睇得出啲cream溶溶哋.
喂, 咁都叫醜樣? 我整到咁, 我都偷笑啦.

冇法啦, 偶而都想玩吓唧花, 唔係fresh cream 就係 buttercream. 咁我家陣學精咗, 次次都搬晒嘢入房將冷氣開到18度嚟整 (啲忌廉响廚房坐冰打起先, 咪彈到成房係).
整得好好啦~一d都唔肉酸喎~~
