綠茶紅豆包

跟仙姐的十七小時包包整的綠茶紅豆包.

我那整餅師傅細佬給我綠茶粉, 勁綠亦很香, 整形後好似放大版的綠茶雪球.




成品好靚仔, 食落好軟熟, 綠茶和紅豆幾時都係最佳拍檔.

    [版主回覆09/12/2010 23:18:00]其實我整蛋糕同我細佬冇乜關係, 佢只係用咗半個鐘教過我唧花, 其餘既都係我响食譜書同上網學既. 佢哋專業既同自家整既唔同, 佢今日啱啱拎咗(佢同事整既)個朱古力蛋糕返嚟, 用金莎朱古力醬, 正想問佢個醬點整, 佢話係現成既, 嘥氣.
