舊作 - 菠蘿包, 椰檳

最近見blog友都整面包, 諗諗吓先醒起其實我都有啲舊作既相.

其實我開始時是先整面包的, 至細佬出世後才開始學整蛋糕.

曾經好勤力咁每日放工返屋企煮飯和焗面包, 大仔和daddy就食我既面包做早餐.  但初初佗住細仔時, 有少少流血, daddy 就下禁令, 唔准我再整嘞.  後尾有兩個囝囝之後, 又冇時間去整, 我諗真係要開始整番, 如果唔係就快唔記得點整啦.

先俾大家睇吓啲舊作.

菠蘿包, 冇落臭粉整既個面都會裂架.



椰檳, 整完勁開心, 因為呢度好似冇呢隻包賣.


睇吓記錄, 呢兩張相係2007年7月影架.

噢, 係時候要整吓包包嘞.

  2. 就係個菠蘿包才激發起我做包包, 初來星, 到處揾佢, 每次回港都冰幾個回來!
    [版主回覆03/18/2010 10:55:00]其實依家要買菠蘿包已經唔算難, 廿年前我初嚟時就真係冇得賣.  菠蘿包我都係整過一兩次, 自己整先知係幾高卡.
