滷鴨舌

今次返香港過年因為天氣凍和細佬病, 所以很少出外食嘢, 連最愛的街頭小食都沒吃到.

但仍然有食我每次返港爸爸都會特地煮的滷鴨舌.

在新加坡要吃滷鴨舌不容易也很貴, 所以爸爸次次都一定預備一大碟給我享用.

爸爸的愛心出品當然美味非常, 我吃了很多很多, 大仔第一次食但完全停不了口, 連印尼姐姐都食到舔舔脷.  大仔食完話要再食, 可惜新年期間凍肉舖都未開市, 唯有下次回港再吃.

嘻嘻, 掛住食, 成碟食咗一半先記得影相.



左下角影到少少係蒸紅衫魚, 我印象中好似未食過蒸既, 仲要咁大條.  我只記得細個時食煎紅衫魚, 不過我爸爸媽媽話我細個時都有蒸喎.  我諗我真係冇係香港太耐嘞, 乜都唔記得lu.  呢條魚好鮮甜呀, 新加坡冇紅衫魚賣架.

  1. I love 鴨舌 but can hardly find them here.  Last year, Jenny came to visit from HK and she brought some over for me, so yummy!
    [版主回覆03/02/2010 16:57:00]好耐以前在Cathay Cinema near Dolby Ghaut 樓上國城酒樓有得賣, 六蚊有五條咁大把.  依家真係唔佑邊度有賣嘞.

  2. Ok my next target to HK is looking for 鴨舌! I donno where to find in HK and Singapore either.
