雜果撻Fruit tart

以前曾經提過在我家對面有間好好味的蛋糕店, 它的撻做得最出色, 其中我家最愛的是雜莓撻.

不過, 隨着物價上漲, 那雜莓撻的價錢亦節節上升, 現在一個小小的四吋撻賣幾乎S$10. 哥哥每次經過都望着那雜莓撻, 好感歎地說: "That tart looks so good but it's so expensive."

趁着最近莓類當造, 上星期就買了些覆盆子(raspberries)和黑莓(blackberries), 用來做雜莓撻, 滿足一下囝囝們.

沒有小的撻模, 最小的也有八吋.  結果兩盒莓都不夠舖滿撻面, 見到窿窿, 美中不足.



這撻的撻皮我用了仙姐的<豈能戒甜>裏的Yuzu tart的食譜, 裏面的饀就參照Keiko 的 <Okashi: Sweet Treats Made with Love>的做法, pastry cream再加上打發的淡忌廉.  撻皮焗好放涼後我還掃上了一層朱古力, 以防撻皮受潮變淋.

整撻時哥哥正在學琴, 為免細佬搗亂, 防礙哥哥上堂, 我叫他入廚房幫手整pastry cream.


細佬好有potential, 做嘢好仔細.

思前想後, 始終覺得舖唔滿生果好遺憾. 第二日臨食前決定加個芒果, 終於舖滿生果.


撻皮和饀都不太甜, 食起來好清新.  饀是用pastry cream加打起淡忌廉, 好滑好甜. 細佬話最好味係個饀, 可能因為佢有份整啦.


這雜果撻三仔爺都超級鐘意, 八吋撻眨下眼就食完.

遲啲得閒我再加食譜.
