星期一晚餐 12 May 2014: 香茅雞翼, 韭菜蟹肉煎餅, 一魚兩食-蕃茄薯仔紅蘿蔔魚湯

這幾天偏頭痛發作, 成個人都無心機.

時間過得很快似的, 六月中要去日本開會, 要開始準備了.

這次Daddy要帶囝囝們跟着去, 不過是我辦完公事後他們才到 (我堅持不讓他們跟我一起飛去, 要邊工作邊照顧囝囝們, 我才不肯).  因為是Daddy提去要去的, 所以說好他要負責plan行程.  最後呢, 他只從圖書館借了幾本旅遊書, 幾個星期以來都沒翻過一頁.  還是要我來做, 好煩呢.  這次除了要預備自己的東西, 飛前還要先執囝囝們的行李, 想起就頭痛.

上星期一的晚餐, standard 的三餸一湯. 

香茅雞翼, 用香茅, 魚露, 糖, 酒, 老抽和蒜頭醃過夜, 再用220焗爐焗十五分鐘, 香噴噴, 好好味.

今次1kg雞翼, 用了三湯匙魚露, 2-3茶匙糖, 一湯匙紹酒和半湯匙老抽. 老抽一定要加一點, 焗出來雞翼顏色會更金黃好看. 香茅切碎, 蒜頭切片, 方便焗前將蒜頭撥走.



細佬指明要食韓國煎餅, 今次加了韭菜和急凍蟹腳.


那天突然想飲魚湯, 買了一條黃尾魚(yellowtail)來煲.  先煎香兩面, 然後加幾片薑炒香才倒入滾水.  慢火煮了半個鐘, 湯已經變成奶白色, 魚味夠濃了, 就把魚撈起來. 魚肉還很甜很滑, 又多一味餸.  把魚撈起後才加入薯仔, 蕃茄, 紅蘿蔔和洋蔥, 煲至材料變軟, 煲出來的湯又濃又甜.這條魚才買了不到S$5, 一魚兩食, 夠經濟. 因為多了這條魚, 這餐正確來說是四餸一湯. 還有芥蘭一碟.

  3. 雞翼好靚呀!煎餅都好吸引!魚就不在話下!媽媽最辛苦,有咩唔舒服都要照顧家人!希望你的偏頭痛快D走。。。

  4. 準備去旅行是有點頭痛 (我都係架),還要照顧一大兩細。不過一家人去旅遊,一定會最開心啦。

    1. I'm giving a plenary talk in a huge auditorium. It's going to be nerve-wrecking so it will be stressful before and after. It feels dreadful just thinking about it.

    2. Don't worry too much about it, remember last year? Most of them were Japanese and don't speak English much. So, just remember that and pretend they wont know what you are saying (yeah, a bit ah Q helps a lot psychologically. I am sure you will do fine regardless)
