蝦乾浸勝瓜

最近好忙, 好少入廚, 所以少了上菜.
一連寫了幾篇外食, 大家都覺膩了, 今日就出個清淡啲的蝦乾浸勝瓜
.
咁大個女第一次煮蝦乾, 是上年九月返港時在大澳買啲大大隻很鮮甜
.
蝦乾加上勝瓜, 清清哋但好甜
.
一直都知道哥哥唔鐘意食勝瓜, 但呢日才知道原來全家都唔好, Daddy和姐姐其實都唔鐘意, 只不過我煮了佢哋就照食但我覺得勝瓜好好味喎, 唔明點解佢哋唔鐘意
,
咁你哋覺得勝瓜好食嗎?

  1. i like 勝瓜 when all skin is removed (like yours). Some people remove half of the skin only. I don't like that. I cook 勝瓜 with garlic, dried shrimp and fresh chinese straw mushrooms.

    我老公、阿女也不愛吃勝瓜,不過我就非常鍾意食,尤其是用蝦乾浸,好香好正,連啲湯都可以飲埋去haha!!
