白果腐竹豬肚湯

之前見雀后煲了白果腐竹豬肚湯, 星期六就立刻去買一個豬肚來煲.

湯裏除了有豬肚, 還有豬腱, 白果, 腐竹和胡椒粒, 好好味哩!

可惜這裏買到的腐竹是煮不爛的, 煲了兩個半鐘都仍然一片片, 又多一樣食材下次返香港要買
回來了.






Daddy 最愛吃豬肚喝豬肚湯, 現在連囝囝們也喜歡, 一個豬肚三仔爺要搶着吃.






這餐還有馬拉盞炒蕹菜, 夠惹味.  不吃辣的Daddy和囝囝們有另一碟不辣的蝦醬炒蕹菜.


還有解饞的炸江魚仔和花生粒, 愛香口食物的Daddy和囝囝們又是吃不停, 所以只能拿一點點出來, 不然他們有多少吃多少, 第二天喉嚨痛就要麻煩我了.

  5. beancurd sheets are light in weight, so maybe you can ask your family to send you from Hong Kong.
