星期一晚餐 10 Mar 2014

最近有點不願寫blog, 越來越覺得沒必要在網上分享, 因為根本沒幾個人會來看.  從前寫blog是要讓在香港的爸爸看, 但他也走了幾年了, 現在轉來blogspot"收視率"又極低, 好像是寫給自己看.  如果是當日記的話, 倒不如把blog變成私人blog, 不公開分享也一樣嘛.

不知道, 還沒想通, 還沒決定.

自從細佬生日會後, 實在食了太多天的隔夜餸, 也太多肉了, 最近都想吃清淡點.  星期一就煮海鮮餐, 三餸一湯.

潮州式蒸黃鱲鯧, 加了豆腐, 蕃茄和鹹酸菜來蒸的, 有魚也有菜, 蒸好後不用灒熟油, 淋點麻油, 豉油就可以了. 家裏雪櫃有很多蕃茄, 姐姐每個星期都叫我買, 直到星期日姐姐放假時我整理雪櫃時才發現雪櫃下格有好多包蕃茄和紅蘿蔔, 激死我了!



蒜蓉粉絲蒸蝦, 蝦新鮮彈牙, 蒜蓉鹹香, 好好味!


冬瓜薏米雞湯, 本來還想加淮山杞子蓮子茨實來煲的, 但原來家裏的淮山,蓮子和茨實都用完了, 姐姐用完了又沒告訴我添貨, 唉!  所以湯裏只有薏米和扁豆(隨便加點多點味道), 不過清清的也不錯啦.

蒜蓉粉絲蒸蝦

材料: 蝦, 粉絲, 蒜蓉

做法:
1. 粉絲浸軟.
2. 部份蒜蓉用油炒至金黃色, 加入餘下沒爆過的蒜蓉, 做成金銀蒜.  混入生抽, 鹽, 糖和胡椒粉放涼.
3. 蝦煎去蝦鬚蝦腳, 開邊,去蝦腸.
4. 碟內舖入粉絲, 混入少許蒜蓉油.  舖上蝦, 每隻蝦上再淋上蒜蓉, 大火蒸熟即成.

註1: 蒸的時間按蝦大小來決定, 我沒計時, 但應該是三, 四分鐘左右吧.  
註2: 調味份量隨意, 我用了大概1茶匙生抽, 1/3茶匙糖, 1/3茶匙鹽.

    關於寫blog... 明白... 我唸好多BLOG友都係矛盾緊...
    我從來都收視唔高, 所以以前同而家都有同一樣嘅煩惱(爆)... 無異地, yahoo blog 比而家有凝聚力... 正如我而家想搵新blog 睇, 都唔知去邊去search 一樣... 所以blogspot 嘅朋友會少過以前...
    我個人係咁嘅... 唔好睇嘅blog, 我唔會因為想對方來探我, 所以我去留言... 所以我係真心覺得好睇, 有同感先至會去睇 (你明啦... ^_^ )

    1. blogspot真係好難揾資料, 所以成日覺得好似小圈子作業咁.
      其實我寫blog時間唔多, 巡blog時間更少, 所以我都唔係成日去人哋度留言.

    1. 寫blog最大好處就係日後可以睇番, 有時唔記得咗睇番有個回憶. 好多舊blog 友都失聯晒, 依家blogger要揾嘢又難.

  7. 收視率只係一個數字,係你控制唔到嘅事,定睛响控制唔到嘅事身上,心情亦會跟住個數字上上落落。有時做人太着意個結果會令自己辛苦架,不如試下享受寫同分享嘅過程。你有冇留意到,你啲blog友對你唔錯(包括我).....哈哈哈......

    我之前已經有封網誌嘅意念,但係突然有潛水網友出現,現在還成為祈禱好友 (think I shared with you before hor) ,所以我把這構想放下先。

  17. 在yahoo blog時, 我已經諗住寫嚟比d孫仔孫女睇, 等佢地知道婆婆的生活是這樣的.(不過可能佢地無興趣)
    轉左過嚟blogspot, 好多野都唔知用, 好似要用好多時間先寫到一個, 都想放棄過, 不過好友幫我搬左yahoo blog過嚟, 唔想浪費好友心機, 所以有動力去寫呢, 大家加油.
